Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Intern to join our Production team. This hands-on internship will provide practical exposure to manufacturing operations within a high-performing FMCG environment. You will support key process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and documentation efforts that contribute directly to plant efficiency and productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACTIVITIES:

 

  • Be actively involved in daily on-site production operations and support the production team in routine activities.

  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities in collaboration with production staff.

  • Perform data collection, statistical analysis, and evaluation to support process and productivity improvements.

  • Assist in the development, review, and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.

  • Create and maintain production support documentation such as process flows, work instructions, and productivity reports.

  • Participate in problem-solving sessions and support root cause analysis for operational issues.

  • Ensure all activities align with safety, quality, and food safety standards including ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000.

Here's what we're looking for: 

  • Academic Program: You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Production or any equivalent background. 
  • Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar hands-on experience with food research activities is always a benefit.
  • Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship.
  • Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week.
